As leaders begin to address complex, multi-phased issues, having a roadmap for implementation can be invaluable! The Forum’s new Project Planning segment enhances the Advanced Process Facilitators workshop and equips leaders with tools to design a comprehensive implementation approach. This two-day session involves addressing such project planning elements as:

  • Objectives and measures of success
  • Role and involvement of stakeholders
  • Analytic processes needed
  • Timeframe and key events
  • Resources
  • Communication
  • Feedback and monitoring system

Participants apply the project planning template to real district issues and leave the session with comprehensive designs for issue resolution.
