Analytic Processes for School Leaders (APSL) Workshop

This workshop provides participants with proven tools for managing the complexity of challenging issues that today’s educators face. Emphasis is given to practicing and applying the tools on education-related cases and actual issues participants face.

Target Audience: School and district leaders, Board members, teacher leaders, committee members

Key Activities: Concept briefings; case practice on education-related cases; application of concepts to issues participants currently face; individualized feedback

Length: 3-4 days
